Four stories of wood-framed construction over two levels of post-tensioned concrete designed to efficiently support high-end residential amenities while maximizing parking and usable space within the urban site. Careful coordination between the architectural and structural design teams allowed for open layouts, expansive glazing, and premium residential finishes throughout the development.
